Again, for 2012, sponsors and golfers may choose to pay using their paypal account or by credit card with our paypal buttons.  

For sponsorships, please complete the Sponsorship Request form below and fax it to us at 904-278-6686 to reserve your sponsorship selection.  Then, click on the paypal donate button for the sponsorship you would like and complete the transaction with a credit card listed. 

For golf registration payments, please make sure to add the player name or names in the area that allows you to put a message to the seller in the payment transaction.
