L.I.F.E.* Residential Homes

BASCA's residential facilities are built around the principle of *Living in a Family Environment.   Live-in House Parents, and/or Direct Care staff, staff each home and provide guidance with decision-making and life skills.  The residents have private bedrooms with large closet space and may share a bathroom with one other person.   Each individual receives transportation services to/from work/ADT programs as a part of this residential service.

We believe in serving as an extension of the family home to promote independence, personal growth, Christian character and citizenship.

Lakeside Villa Women's Residence

Lakeside Villa is a 5,000 sq. ft. home that houses six women with developmental disabilities.  It opened in December of 2001 and is still called home by five of the six original residents.  


Peoria Women's Residence

Peoria is a small residentail home for three ladies
with developmental disabilities.  This home opened February 2011.

Secret Harbor Men's Residence

Secret Harbor is a 5,600 sq. ft. residential home for six men with developmental disabilities.  It was dedicated on April 30, 2005.  The home sits tucked away on a 2.29 acre wooded lot. 

 
Pine Forest Men's Residence

Pine Forest opened in March 2011.   This residence is home to four men with profound disabilities and/or behavior issues, requiring 24 hour care.   There is a staff ratio of 1:2 and the house is staffed 24 hours per day.
