 Adult Day Training -  Island View Baptist

BASCA's Adult Day Training (ADT) Program, located at Island View Baptist continues to expand to allow more individuals to receive services.  Our hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. -2:30 p.m.  Monday - Friday.

Our staff works with individuals on daily living skills and takes them on community outings.

There are currently two openings in the ADT program. 

Custom Creations Adult Day Training

Custom Creations offers individuals an opportunity to learn new skills, like painting, gardening, and how to use power tools with specially adapted safety equipment and jigs, without the fear of being harmed.   Participants learn and build many different types of projects.  They also are trained to work with other business in the community to do small piece work projects.

BASCA provides work transportation for our residents and other community members, and for our ADT participants.  We are also partnering with the YMCA Daystar Program to provide transportation for participants who use wheelchairs.
